The plan for this weekend didn't quite pan out the way we expected it to. Saturday we had 5 homes we planned to see with our Realtor. Then we had other plans for that night and hoped to go up with my family to a giant cabin by Bear Lake. Instead, we spent Saturday at the ER for my asthma and left 4 hours later with a giant bill looming over us. Never mind the fact that I really didn't want to be there and even worse I didn't want to pay for it. Especially since our last ER visit with Lindsey back in February took a very long time to pay off. But my sweet concerned husband said he would rather have a wife alive than a house alone, so off we went. Our Realtor came and said he would wait for an hour, but we soon had an orderly tell him to go because it was going to be much longer. They did an X-Ray and nothing was there- GOOD- so no antibiotics. Then they gave me some steroids and medication and sent me out the door with a prescription for more steroids. Not that I want to take them, but they sure do help right now. I also ended up with Lindsey's cold, so I think that had something to do with it, but I felt the asthma effects long before the cold ever set in. That was our fun weekend. So just in case anyone ever wants to you know... cure one of my diseases, I can live with celiac disease, it's manageable pretty well with diet. Can you instead find a cure for the rotten asthma instead? I would very much appreciate it. Then I wouldn't feel like this guy:

Poor heeka. I know, that sucks. It would've been much more fun if you guys would've been there.
ERs are so not pleasant places. But your husband is right. I hope you are better soon.
Wow. That really stinks. We've had our fair share of ER visits too. The day we were moving out of our house Gabriel fell off the moving van. We were in the ER the next few hours. They did a cat scan and thank goodness there was no internal bleeding. He lost one of his front teeth and chipped the other one, but he is still our cute, sweet little boy. Hope you guys get feeling better soon. It stinks to be sick. We just got over it - hope you will soon.
Glad you are doing better, asthma sucks. Both Wes and Andy have been suffering. Thank goodness for Albuterol!
Ok, Jessica, your ol' aunt just figured out how to leave a comment. Took me a while... I loved all the stuff you got at the Methodist sale!! What deals! And that little kitchen for Christmas. They will love it! I love a second hand place here called "Not So New To You," and I go there often. I've found lots of bargains. Plus it relaxes me to just look. Love all your pics and your music. Love, Aunt Lee
