Lost and Gained
We did loose the house that we really loved. It was such a good find that we were not the only ones that wanted it. It is hard to see a house that amazing go, but we feel it was best for us at this time to not have all of the added expenses that the house would have brought. We have accepted the condo and are now moving forward with closing. We are looking at 3-4 weeks closing and then 30 days to move and get everything ready to move in. That is what we will be spending most of our time on and we will keep everyone updated with it all.

Well, it's still exciting that you get to move anyway! :) It will be fun to paint and decorate the way you WANT!!! Yea!!!!!!!
Good luck packing. I can't wait to see pictures of your new place, and all the fun ways you'll be able to make it "yours."
Bummer on the other place, but YAY you get your OWN PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still not there....That is so stinkin exciting for you and your family!!!!
